All prices are listed in PLN including Polish VAT/ sales tax.
Payment of your order can be done with PayPal in EURO.
After choosing goods, please contact us on: sklep@moaai.com . We will send you the link to PayPalMe to pay. After paying we will send the parcel urgent.
If you order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include Polish VAT at 23%. For all countries outside the EU, local charges such as import duties and/or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information. All our shipments are send with DPD from our warehouse or office in Poland, Poznan. We strive to ship as soon as possible. Moaai Design Shop cannot be held responsible if DPD is delayed. If you do not pick up your package in the selected DPD package shop in time or if DPD failed to deliver at the address, we will receive your package back and all costs will be held at your expense. If for some reason we cannot ship to your country, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs issues and are therefore only indicative. In addition Moaai Design Shop reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation checks.
COSTS:
Delivery cost in EU is min. 35 Euro per 10 kg, for ex. to Germany, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark...
Actually we do not deliver the parcels direct to UK, Switzerland and Norway.
Packages are wrapped carefully.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after receiving money. The shipping time is 5-7 business days from recieving the order, when the delivery address is inside Europe and 7-14 business days when outsite Europe.

Please note that there can be delays due to customs handling. We deliver to most of the countries within Europe. All parcels to Poland are shipped with DPD with direct delivery or to a specific post office for pick-up, and parcels outside Poland are sent with DPD, too. The full payment is charged when your order is packed and ready to be dispatched.
Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted of the amount refunded to you.
COVID-19
Please be advised that, considering all aspects of security, we have closed our stationary store and showroom until further notice. However, we are still working and sending parcels. We encourage you to place orders online. Our design office also works invariably. We are for you by e-mail and telephone. Equipment outside the online store please order by email. We would also like to inform you that the delivery time for all products ordered by you and which we do not have in stock is extended. We are not able to determine their delivery date at the moment.
