Soft, thick and beautifully warm, the Päkäpäät blanket has a double sided sheep design and a neat blanket stitched edge. When you have counted all the sheep on one side you can just flip it over and start again! Designed in Finland and jacquard woven from 100% wool.

Made out of 100% New Zeeland wool spun in Europe. Mulesing free yarn. Yarns are dyed in Europe. Product development and design, material purchasing, bindings of the fabric and programming of the jacquard machine is done in own weaving mill in Finland. Warping, preparing, weaving, finishing, drying and fabric inspection is done in Lithuania. Sewing in own daughter sewing company in Lithuania. Accessories come from Europe, mainly from Finland. Main part of production is in Lithuania. Country of origin is Lithuania.

Masaru Suzuki

The Japanese designer Masaru Suzuki works with several projects around the world and has also designed for Lapuan Kankurit since 2009. His works are well known in Japan and now the Finns can also enjoy Masaru's wonderful products. He insightfully incorporates natural influences, which can be seen in the KILI and RIIKINKUKKO patterns.
